BeWorks Automation successfully obtains SEIS/EIS Advance Assurance from HMRC

Formal approval of SEIS/EIS relief

BeWorks Automation is pleased to announce that it has received the HMRC Advance Assurance for SEIS/EIS Scheme(s).

The Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) are government initiatives offering some of the most attractive tax breaks available in the UK. For the investor, it’s a tax-efficient way to invest in small companies. As the relief available for Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) investments is a significant incentive for investors they will often require confirmation that the investment will qualify for relief before they will transfer any funds.

Such confirmation can be obtained from HMRC by making an application for advanced assurance. Advance Assurance (AA) is provisional confirmation from HMRC that the investment made into a company will be eligible for tax relief so long as all stipulations are met by both the company and investors.

“Being able to achieve the successful Advanced Assurance from HMRC in record time without having to answer additional queries, is a testament to the business planning work completed by the Senior Management and to the team at Emsworth Corporate Planning (ECP) and Sapphire Capital Partners LLP who assisted us in achieving this feat. BeWorks Automation is committed to create a significant shareholder value; and having qualified for the government initiatives – The Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS)- is an attractive incentive for investors to back the BeWorks mission to accelerate the development of novel technologies in EV charging and renewable energy sectors, as we move to an all-electric, zero-emissions future.” said Ms Fidan Javadova – the founder & CEO of BeWorks Automation.
